SERVES 4

You will need:
2 cups rolled oats
4 cups almond milk (you can also use cow’s milk.)
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup pepitas, toasted and salted honey
  1. Place the oats in a bowl, and add the almond milk. Mix well
  2. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and leave overnight in the fridge.
  3. To serve, divide the oats among bowls. Top with yogurt, apple, pepitas, and honey.
