Serves 4

You will need:
4 whole heads of garlic
olive oil
salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the top off the garlic heads and place on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Wrap the foil around the garlic heads, and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Spread on crusty bread.
