SERVES 4

1 small can coconut cream
1 ripe banana
¼ fresh pineapple, peeled, cored
1 or 2 cups spiced rum (I do 2 cups!)
ice
lime, for serving


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime.
  3. Cheers!
