4 soft tortillas
8 tablespoons cream cheese
8 large slices of smoked salmon, Norwegian of course
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- Heat the tortillas in a frying pan on the stovetop.
- Spread them with cream cheese.
- Add salmon, dill, onion and pepper and roll tightly together.
- Cut into bite size pieces and serve.
